性狀:有各種不同的配方，如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白胨270g、食鹽136g、瓊脂粉520g、無(wú)水碳酸鈉9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化后呈淺黃色半透明液體，pH7.4（±0.2），冷至45℃開始凝固。  稱取本品33g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L，攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解, 分裝試管或三角瓶，121℃高壓滅菌15min備用。
貯存 旋緊瓶蓋，貯存于避光、陰涼干燥處。

的特異性
顯色培養(yǎng)基特異性檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果如表1。HKListeria、CHROMagar Listeia具有較好的特異性，單增李斯特菌呈現(xiàn)藍(lán)色帶白色暈環(huán)的菌落，威爾和英諾克李斯特菌呈現(xiàn)藍(lán)色無(wú)暈環(huán)菌落；金黃色葡萄球菌和蠟樣芽孢桿菌在CHROMagar Listeia上略有生長(zhǎng)，呈現(xiàn)綠色無(wú)暈環(huán)菌落，菌落形態(tài)與單增李斯特菌也有明顯區(qū)別；在上述兩種顯色培養(yǎng)基上大腸桿菌和沙門菌等革蘭陰性菌均被抑制。與顯色培養(yǎng)基相比，OXA、MMA特異性較差，不能特異區(qū)分單增李斯特菌。
