性狀:有各種不同的配方，如牛肉膏粉90g、蛋白胨270g、食鹽136g、瓊脂粉520g、無水碳酸鈉9g。易潮解。加水煮沸溶化后呈淺黃色半透明液體，pH7.4（±0.2），冷至45℃開始凝固。  稱取本品33g，加入蒸餾水或去離子水1 L，攪拌加熱煮沸至*溶解, 分裝試管或三角瓶，121℃高壓滅菌15min備用。
貯存 旋緊瓶蓋，貯存于避光、陰涼干燥處。

三糖鐵瓊脂培養(yǎng)基(TSI)抗生素的平板抑菌實驗結果
將萬古霉素、頭孢噻吩、紅霉素分別以不同的濃度添加到基礎培養(yǎng)基(腦心瓊脂)中，接種定量菌液，觀察抑菌效果，以確定zui終的抗生素組合和添加濃度。結果表明，萬古霉素、頭孢噻吩適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng)，與定量抑菌實驗結果*；而紅霉素與定量抑菌濃度實驗結果不*，不適合使用于阪崎腸桿菌選擇性培養(yǎng)。
